Slating - HQ are highly experienced in the refurbishment and maintenance of slate roofs. Having a keen understanding of natural slate and best practice for slate installation HQ specialise in slate work. For a more traditional look, natural slate can be used on your roof. Reclaimed slate can be use to blend seamlessly on period properties.

If the original roof slates are in good condition, but slipping because of nail fatigue, HQcan reuse all good quality slate. Tiling - HQ are highly experienced in this area and can take on any size and kind of tiling job. We have recently (July 2008) had a new roof installed by Phillip and Stuart from HQ Roofing and Property Development. From start to finish they have done a thoroughly excellent job using quality materials. Phillip and Stuart offered a comprehensive breakdown of the work which helped us compare other quotes and we were particularly pleased to be kept informed of start dates and progress. Whatever was promised was delivered on time. We were updated on progress with photos and all options were clearly discussed. It was pleasing that everyday Stuart and Phillip made sure mess was tidied up. Despite severe weather after the felt was laid nevertheless we didn't suffer any leaks and so didn't have to make use of the 24 hour emergency call-out service.
